What I do

As a Head of Talent, my experience lies in the attraction, retention, development and motivation of People. I'm immensely proud of my achievements (many of which are covered in my blog posts) and I love everything about the People space. Those who know me are aware that I have an unhealthy obsession with the candidate experience!
